• TESTIMONIAL – THE OUTER DIMENSION   I have heard nothing but good things in regards to Joe and the work he has done for other Agents within my office and after working with him for the first time I can see why. Joe was professional, focused and thorough.   This listing in particular was very last minute and needed to be posted right ASAP, thankfully Joe was able to schedule us in the next day, which happened to be a Saturday evening nonetheless. He didn’t try to rush through the job to get home earlier but rather measured the home multiple times due to a 370 sqft discrepancy. When we couldn’t make sense of the size discrepancy, Joe went above and beyond and had the original drawings pulled from the city where he was able to resolve the size inconsistency. The city had been basing their assessment form an original drawing that shows an addition to the home that was not actually built but was still in the builders plans.
