RMS Measuring IGuide 3D Tour & Floor Plan Including Photos

• We use the latest IGuide camera to create stunning 3D Tours, including RMS measurements and floor plans.
  
• A scan is taken of each room or area big enough to walk into. The laser scan creates a floor plan image that is later turned into an accurate floor plan and 3D Tour.
  
• All above grade room sizes are determined and recorded on the report. Below grade rooms are also determined for any finished rooms.
  
• ​Still photos are taken of every room, the yard, front and rear exterior as well as the garage.
  
• The package sent to the client, including a 3D Tour, a PDF copy of the floor plan and room measurements, and the still exterior photos, is sent the day following the measure.
  
• 3D Tours done on a Saturday will be sent the following Monday.

RMS Measuring Including Photos​

• We use Lieca Disto Laser measuring equipment to measure then draw the footprint of the house, condo or townhouse, using CAD. The CAD software accurately calculates the total square footage after a series of reviews.

• All above grade room sizes are determined and recorded on the report. Below grade rooms are also determined for any finished rooms.

• ​Still photos are taken of all rooms in the house as well as exterior and garage photos.

• The package sent to the client, including a PDF copy of the footprint drawing, report, sketch created while taking measurements and photos, is sent the day following the measure.

RMS Measuring Only​

We can create an ACAD drawing of the floor plan to be used for getting permits for renovations. We will create a floor plan of the as-built layout before renovations start. 

These to scale drawings can be used by renovators to created the plans for the renovations and getting the construction permits.
